Fees

The initial consultation is a free 20-minute, non-obligatory session. This gives you a chance to grasp my approach and determine if I am a suitable fit.

For rate information, please email me. If the quoted rate is challenging for you, I am open to negotiation. Key workers and low-income individuals receiving means-tested benefits are welcome (proof may be requested).

Fees are reviewed periodically; any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

 

Payments

 

Accepted via bank transfer either prior to or after each session.

Cancellation policy

​

Life events may require adjustments to session scheduling. I request a one-week cancellation notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions without adequate notice will incur charges. I recognise personal circumstances and will attempt to provide an alternative session if possible.

Endings

​

As we approach the conclusion of our work together, I request a minimum of two weeks' notice. This helps ensure a considerate and respectful ending, allowing space for reflection and acknowledging the journey.
