My Approach
My therapeutic approach integrates person-centred and pluralistic principles. This framework recognises the uniqueness of each individual and acknowledges that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Instead, our work together is tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and goals.
At the heart of my practice is a collaborative relationship built on empathy, authenticity, and respect. I work at your pace, creating a space where you feel heard and understood.
I incorporate creative, sand tray, and other expressive techniques into my work as optional tools to support the therapeutic process. These approaches can be especially helpful for individuals who connect with nonverbal or experiential methods. There is never any pressure to use these techniques—your comfort, preferences, and goals will always guide our work together.
Many ask about the difference between counselling and psychotherapy. Psychotherapy often involves more in-depth training and may explore patterns and experiences more deeply. In practice, the terms are often used interchangeably, and both focus on insight, healing, and personal growth.

"The creative process as experienced through the expressive arts is one path to self-discovery, self-esteem and
self-empowerment."
Natalie Rogers

"The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is not a recipe for living that suits all cases."
Carl Jung
