Contact me
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, or simply have a question, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation, giving you space to share a little about what’s been bringing you here and to ask anything you may be wondering about. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether working together feels comfortable and right for you.
Reaching out can sometimes feel like the hardest step, so I aim to respond as warmly and promptly as possible. I look forward to hearing from you when you feel ready.

If I am unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail and I will return your call as soon as possible.
I will endeavour to respond to your email at the earliest opportunity.
